A Few New Pieces

Here are the pieces that were published in Sew Somerset Magazine. They have returned home to live.

The Moon Came Out, 7.0 x 5.5" ©2010 Kim Hambric

Travel Guide, 7.0 x 5.5" ©2010 Kim Hambric

Here to Live, 7.0 x 5.5" ©2010 Kim Hambric

These pieces are all for sale on Etsy.

I'm glad to have them safely home. I'm a little surprised at the return packaging. I had them padded, wrapped in plastic to prevent them from getting wet (which would ruin them), and boxed for their outbound trip. They were quite unceremoniously tossed into a padded envelope for their return trip and that was that. I guess no one is going to take care of my babies quite like I would.

i'm always horrified at how art gest handled once it leaves my hands. glad nothing got wet/ruined/wrinkled or crumpled!
i dont remember seeing 'here to live' i sure like those colors...

wow.....that's really surprising to hear how carelessly these beauties were packaged for their return trip home. thankfully, they're safe now, and where they belong!! xox, :))

Irritating indeed! I am often surprised at how my work is handled at various venues. A horn was knocked right off a totem and I was told a little glue will do the trick. Glad you got them back safe and sound.

They never do! I'm often shocked at what makes it unscathed, and then other things -- carefully wrapped things -- get completely trashed.

Hello

I wanted to share with you a very unique site I just came across teaching Krav Maga like they teach it in the Israeli Army (IDF) If you guys have seen the Discovery Channel TV Show called Fight Quest you would have seen their chief instructor Ran Nakash there featured on their Krav Maga episode. Anyways, let me know what you think. Is training via the internet something you would do?

Holla

Gorgeous pieces!
When dealing with Cloth Paper Scissors Magazine, my work was sent back wrapped even more nicely than I sent it. And they were so quick about it! Not so with another mag.
