STUCK!!!

I'm hoping that most of you will recognize this photo from A Christmas Story. It is, indeed, my favorite movie. And this photo, indeed, reflects the position I am in right now. Stuck.

Unless something incredible happens in the next few days, I will probably be quiet for the next week or so.

Hopefully the fire department or the police will not need to come.

Yes Hogie, please get unstuck. Try the soy wax batik technique and use your wonderful rich colors and produce some fabric that can welcome fall, because I am sick and tired of the heat. And by the way, I'm dreaming of a White Christmas.

I did that when I was in kindergarten and the whole class watched while the teacher poured water over my lips... I did just admit this, didn't I ?

I am stuck too. No fun. I keep going backwards and even that isn't helping! Have a restful few days.

sometimes all you need to get unstuck is a couple of days of doing nothing.

sounds like we are in a familiar place-- I am in my studio a bit unfocused and bouncing around from one thing to next right now-- a bit stuck myself-- sometimes a break from it all does help.
