I'm glad to have them safely home. I'm a little surprised at the return packaging. I had them padded, wrapped in plastic to prevent them from getting wet (which would ruin them), and boxed for their outbound trip. They were quite unceremoniously tossed into a padded envelope for their return trip and that was that. I guess no one is going to take care of my babies quite like I would.

i'm always horrified at how art gest handled once it leaves my hands. glad nothing got wet/ruined/wrinkled or crumpled!

Irritating indeed! I am often surprised at how my work is handled at various venues. A horn was knocked right off a totem and I was told a little glue will do the trick. Glad you got them back safe and sound.
They never do! I'm often shocked at what makes it unscathed, and then other things -- carefully wrapped things -- get completely trashed.

When dealing with Cloth Paper Scissors Magazine, my work was sent back wrapped even more nicely than I sent it. And they were so quick about it! Not so with another mag.
