O.K. So I've gotten lots of info. on what I should do to post a comment. I've seen lots of different ways to post. Some ask to type in groups of letters. That works. Sometimes I must click Google Account (which already has my name resassuringly next to it). That works. But when I see this screen, I can do nothing. I try to select Google Account here. Nope. Open ID. Nope. Name/URL. Nope. None of the others apply to me (although I have tried them). Does anyone out there see this when trying to comment on certain blogs? And if you do, does it work for you?
Thanks for all of you that have been trying to help me out. I really appreciate it.
What's making me so sad, angry, and frustrated, is that more and more blogs are doing this to me. Even ones that I've been able to comment on in the past.
Hopefully, someone out there will be able to help. I will try not to bring up this subject again. I just really really really want to connect with other bloggers & sniff, sob, whine, I can't.

Kim, I would suggest technical help; someone who really understands computers and blogger. That's all I can suggest, and it is what I would do. Sometimes they will take home made cookies in return in lieu of cash payments....Don't give up!
The thing about contacting blogger...how do you do that? I searched high and low when I needed to report 100 strange comments that attached themselves to my blog but couldn't find a way to contact blogger. Regarding the comment box photo you posted I can just tell you what I did after signing in I put my url in the Open ID. It's never satisfied with that and I end up re-posting, re-signing in and re-posting again. I just keep on doing what ever it tells me to do (rolling my eyes too I might tell you) and eventually my "comment was published". It does seem to be over temperamental.
okay
send me a link to one site that you have this problem and i will try to sign in.
i have found, in the past that if you
go to google help forums for blogger they usually help.
I usually see something different when commenting. It depends on what blog service they use. I love your blog.
When I see this, I can click on Google account, and it takes me to the right place to login, and then I can come back and finish my comment.
If this doesn't work, I can go straight to blogger to sign in, then go to the post, and then it remembers me.
Hi!!! kimhambricart.blogspot.com is one of the most excellent informational websites of its kind. I take advantage of reading it every day. Keep it that way.
